Introduction
Asus Z99F is a laptop with Asus A8Fm motherboard and shares with Asus A8Js some features, except VGA card and it lacks Bluetooth, IrDA and Webcam.
Sound card
Alsa-driver package is suggested because hda-intel driver from linux kernel currently lacks some features in some Asus laptops like this. You must apply these modules options in order for the card to work properly. Note: this setup is for external microphone use. If you want to use embedded microphone, you should use "model=3stack" option but it has poor quality.
