EDMX (Ethernet Digital MultipleX) refers to an interface by ETC (Electronic Theater Controls) to allow communtication between servers, lighting consoles, dimmer racks, and UNISON systems (among other things). It is essentially DMX over Ethernet, using TCP/IP and other general network topology.
