For now there are no specific Gentoo instructions but you must overall follow the general Linux colormanaged workflow.

Linux has no OS-level color management.

It's up to the user to obtain accurate device profiles, load appropriate LUT adjustments to the videocard and configure colormanaged applications to use the device profiles. It's not as complicated as it sounds.
