Keydrive
A keydrive is usually USB and is very small. In fact, some of them are so small that, hypothetically, it would take 18 ants to carry one. They use flash memory and range in size from 16MB to 2GB.
A Keydrive can also be used like a Hard drive and with newer machines you can boot directly from one of these drives.
