Kernel Config and Working hardware

Tested with valilla-2.6.27-rc6

• CPU - works, standard frequency control and temp measuring
• ACPI - works, standard backlight dimming (ACPI_VIDEO kernel option). File is located in /proc/acpi/video/VGA/LCDD/brightness

• WiFi works, it's Intel Wireless 5100AGN - you need very new kernel for this. Look at iwlwifi guide. The kernel option is called Intel Wireless WiFi 5000AGN

• Wired ethernet - works ATTENTION: though it's 100MBps, you need to use the tg3 kernel driver (broadcom tigon3) from 1GBps kernel sub-menu to work

Notes

Could't set suspend to ram and suspend to disk with nvidia (common problem), but i'm sure it's solvable. Without X suspend to disk works.

Some special keys (like brighten up and brighten down) are software-dependent, those two are acting strangely for me.

Warning: IdeaPads are not Thinkpads, and kerel drivers like thinkpad_acpi don't work for them.
