Ebuild patches for mac KDE:

Apply these patches:

mac-admin.patch                    mac-kdesdk.patch
mac-arts.patch                     mac-kdevelop.patch
mac-kdebase.patch                  mac-koffice.patch
mac-kdegames.patch                
mac-kdelibs.patch                  
mac-kdenetwork.patch

If you want to get KDE from CVS, you will need a case-sensitive filesystem onto which you may check it out.
